Oh, the glow around her, I did it with the Pencil/Bezizer tool. The circle, I took a color, I did the circles around her, I took the eraser tool, put the 2nd color as any one of the rainbow colors, and, held right click on the mouse, and there. That seems really hard to explain..
And you probably don't understand it. Any other way I could show you? 8D..

Honestly. I got a note saying was moved, into "Fantasy".. Not sure why..
